If your item has been affected by a manufacturing defect, or arrived damaged, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the item. I want you to be 100% happy with your item and will gladly work with you on a quick solution.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Due to the nature of digital downloads all sales are final. However should you run into a technical issue or are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason I will happily work with you. Please contact me through the contact page or email me at nikki@kikiandnim.com.

HIGH QUALITY

All of our prints are printed on a thick 330gsm high-quality, smooth matte paper. We then hand-pack and ship in a rigid mailer to ensure safe delivery.
